Pricing Terms & Conditions:
Local Phoenix Metropolitan ride-share pricing are quoted at a per person charge with additional person(s) in the same party at $10.00 and are subject to change without notice. We offer 24/7 transportation with advance booking 3-4 days ahead.
Inter-City Rates transportation from Phoenix and Mesa-Gateway are based on $$ per mile with additional per person rates ranges between $45+ and are subject to change without notice. Locations: Sedona, Casa Grande, Flagstaff, Tucson, etc.
Each person is allowed 1 personal item, 1 large checked bag and 1 carry-on (large groups no. of luggage limited to van size ordered). See luggage policy.
INBOUND Shuttle (To Phoenix Sky Harbor Intl/ Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport) – On your day of travel, you will be assigned a scheduled pickup time that includes a 15 minute window. The driver could arrive 10 minute prior to your pick-up time or 15 minutes after so be ready to go as driver can not wait longer then 5 minutes upon arrival. This window could shift by 15 additional minutes on day of travel if weather, traffic, flight delays, etc however will be alerted timely by driver and/or dispatching team. Your driver will notify you of arrival and will assist with your luggage. Expect to be dropped off right at your designated airport terminal approx.. 1.40-2 hours domestic & 3 hours international PRIOR to flight departed. Driver pickup/drop off time is subject to bad weather & traffic delays, road closures, A mobile devise is required for contact purposes, so please be sure to add a number you can be reached during travel at booking.
Please note: NO SHOWS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
A booking is considered "No Show" when a driver was dispatched to pickup passenger and arrives at the pickup location within the reasonable 15 minutes window of time booked but find passenger is missing or is not present or have abandon the pickup to take other transportations while driver was in route to pickup location. Same on arrivals if driver have been waiting at the airport for customer to land but customer arrive and rejects/refuses to board the prepaid transportation this is considered forfeit and a "no show" and will not be refunded.
OUTBOUND Shuttle ( FROM Phoenix Sky Harbor Intl/ Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport): Once you arrive at your airport destination, first proceed to baggage claim to retrieve your luggage. Then proceed to the "PREARRANGED AREA" for your terminal and immediately call your assigned driver for pick-up. They should arrive within 10 minutes. Wait time for driver arrival/pick-up outside of normal circumstances such as early arrivals, flight delays or rush hour traffic could range from 30 minutes to 1 hour. A mobile device is required for contact purposes, so please be sure to provide a cell number you can be reached during travel at booking. The NO SHOW policy mentioned above is in effect here again. If driver is dispatched and arrived within the assigned window of time but the passenger is missing or has chosen not to wait and taken other mode of transportation its considered a NO SHOW and is nonrefundable. Please Note: All refund requests will be reviewed and approved/denied at company's discretion based on the facts presented.
Cancellation & Change Policy
We understand travel plans may change or airlines may have flight delay/emergencies that changes the scheduled arrival time, so we offer a simple cancellation and/or adjustment policy. Customers are allowed as many flight changes to adjust with their airline notifications free of charge up to 24 hours prior to scheduled travel date and time. We require 24 hours written cancellation notice and we will provide a partial refund less $20-$50 non-refundable booking fee per reservation. Refunds normally show on customers credit accounts within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Credit card refunds are processed within 1 business day of notification; however receipt of funds is based on customer's financial institution.
Please Note this policy is NOT applicable to Ride-share services or restricted booking contracts that are noncancelable, nonrefundable and nontransferable once booked and paid with credit card on file.
Holiday bookings & Sedona Mago RIDE-SHARE Shuttle services are Restricted, Final bookings that's NONCANCELABLE & NONREFUNDABLE!
We understand that holidays travels can be a very hectic and stressful. Often times filled with last minute flight changes, cancellations and flight delays. That is why we at 1AZ Select Transportation & Tours work hard to take the stress out of your ground transportation by teaming with you to offer concierge booking service so we move swiftly to make last minute changes and send you constant reminders via text messages so you will stay on top of your transportation needs. It is for this reason ALL Federal & State mandated holiday bookings are RESTRICTED FINAL once booked and finalized. The same goes for Sedona Mago Retreat Ctr where rates are extremely reduced to create a ride-share model, so multiple passengers can share the cost of the vehicle to travel together. These types of services are Restricted, Final bookings that are noncancelable, nonrefundable and nontransferable. No cash refunds will be issued; However for Sedona Mago Retreat Ctr ride-sharing tickets and a few other local transfers at company's discretion, depending on the circumstances can place a credit on customer's account for future use and expires 1-year from date of purchase.
Flight delays & early arrival policy:
We understand travelers have no control over airline early arrivals or flight delays and while on the airplane is not able to communicate to 1AZ Select Transportation & Tours dispatcher of the unexpected flight changes. Therefore as a courtesy 1AZ Select Transportation & Tours, we track customer's flights and allot two (2) hours window for delayed plane to arrive at the airport and for customers to call dispatcher upon arrival for shuttle transportation as per reservation at no extra charge. Since assigned driver is required to allow up to 2 hours of flexible wait time for customer to arrive during flight delays. However due to the unexpected delayed flight arrival the customer(s) may experience longer shuttle wait time for pickup that could potentially be up to or longer than one (1) hour.
Please note per policy if during the tracking process we are made aware that the customer flight was cancelled the day of expected arrival and driver was already dispatched and waiting for passenger at the terminal the reservation will be deemed "NO SHOW" and is therefore nonrefundable. After 2 hours of flight delay, if customer did not alert 1AZ Select Transportation & Tours assigned driver/dispatch team of plans to arrive in the expect delay, and plane did not arrive within the 2 hours of courtesy wait time, the assigned driver will be released from waiting for customer and customer will have forfeited the payment and there will be no refund. A small change fee maybe applicable to provide future transportation good for 1 year for customer's use, under certain circumstances with customer communication and management approval.
For early flight arrivals, if a customer plane arrive earlier than original booked arrival time on reservation, 1AZ Select Transportation & Tours will do due diligence to pick up customer as early as possible if driver is available; However early arrivals does not guaranteed customer an early pickup time as each customer reservation are scheduled to their specific pick up time slot. Call for clarification.
Service Animal Policy
Our policy regarding the transport of animals is designed to ensure adequate space for the kennel(s), your baggage, and the baggage of other passengers in our vans. All animals – excluding service animals – must be kenneled to board the vehicle. Kennel guidelines are as follows:
- Less than 25 pounds: Lap carrier permitted
- More than 25 pounds: Must be reserved as Non-Stop Van (private van cost)
Per ADA requirements, the restrictions above do not affect service animals. All driver's are ADA trained and are allowed to ask two (2) ADA approved questions to determine if your pet is a service animal. Failure to answer such questions or if your pet is deemed NOT a service animal you will be required to place pet in its kennel or could be refused a ride for failure to comply. According to ADA regulations emotional support animals are not considered service animal and will be subject to the pet policy listed. Travelers with pet allergies are advised that other passengers on your vehicle may be traveling with a pet or service animal. NOTE: A $75.00 clean-up fee will be assessed to your credit card for any form of accidental excretion of bodily fluids that may occur by your pet or service animal while in transport.

Oversized and Extra Luggage Policy
Our luggage policy closely follows that of the airlines. Free luggage each passenger: one free personal item & one carry-on items (e.g. purse, diaper bag, laptop case, backpack, or small rolling suite case) and 1 free checked bags under 50 pounds (e.g. med to large suitcase, duffel bag). The carry-on must be able to fit safely under seat.
Extra pricing fees may apply in the following instances. Contact us for needs outside of those listed.
Excess/Oversized Baggage – $10 fee per item
- Checked bag exceeds 50 pounds (or approximately 23 kilograms).
- Total dimensions for your checked bag exceeds 80 inches when adding length, width, and height.
- Excessive size or number of bags may require an Exclusive reservation.
- For ride-share: If your luggage fills the back of the van luggage compartment leaving no room for other traveler's luggage's; you will be automatically upgrade to a private or exclusive van at the appropriate rate.
Boxes – $10 fee per item no matter size.
Excessive size or number of boxes may require an Exclusive reservation.
Golf Clubs – Varies $10 each - $50.00 flat addtl on exclusive vans
1 golf bag may count toward your total number of checked items. (e.g. If you have one checked bag and one set of clubs, the clubs are free.)

New Safety Measures Related to COVID-19 & Other Infectious and/or Communicable Diseases. MASK ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED
In light of the covid-19 pandemic, we follow guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), health organizations, and other government agencies. "As a result of a court order, effective April 18, 2022, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) January 29, 2021 Order requiring masks on public transportation conveyances and at transportation hubs is no longer in effect. Therefore, CDC will not enforce the Order. CDC continues to recommend that people wear masks in indoor public transportation settings at this time.
In addition, effective immediately, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will not enforce its mask-related Security Directives. TSA is also withdrawing its Security Directive 1582/84-21-01E, which was issued on April 15, 2022, and was scheduled to take effect on April 19, 2022. The same is true for many other communicable and/or infectious diseases you may be exposed to during your travel or participation.
You and TONYTALKSCARS, LLC DBA AZ Shuttle Select and/or Kenovah Creates Tours, LLC DBA Kenovah Tours–Sedona further agree that we both intend this Section to be a binding and full release of liability for negligence and/or the inherent risks associated with being transported in our vehicles and participating in TONYTALKSCARS, LLC DBA AZ Shuttle Select or Kenovah Creates Tours, LLC DBA Kenovah Tours–Sedona activities during an epidemic or pandemic with respect to any controversy, claim or dispute that may arise out of or during your transportation and participation in TONYTALKSCARS, LLC DBA AZ Shuttle Select or Kenovah Creates Tours, LLC DBA Kenovah Tours–Sedona activities that is related to exposure to or the contraction of any communicable and/or infectious disease, including, but not limited to, COVID-19 or the Coronavirus that causes COVID-19. Specifically, you agree that:
YOU, ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AND YOUR PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, HEIRS, SPOUSE, GUARDIANS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS AND NEXT OF KIN) HEREBY RELEASE AND DISCHARGE, AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND DEFEND, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE TONYTALKSCARS, LLC DBA AZ SHUTTLE SELECT, AND/OR KENOVAH CREATES TOURS, LLC DBA KENOVAH TOURS-SEDONA, AND THE ADDITIONAL RELEASED PARTIES NOTED BELOW WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM, LIABILITY OR DEMAND OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE, EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR PERSONAL INJURIES OR WRONGFUL DEATH) THAT MAY ARISE IN CONNECTION WITH, OR RELATE IN ANY WAY TO, EXPOSURE TO OR CONTRACTION OF A COMMUNICABLE AND/OR INFECTIOUS DISEASE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, COVID-19 (OR THE CORONAVIRUS THAT CAUSES COVID-19), DURING YOUR TRANSPORTATION, OR DURING YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY TONYTALKSCARS, LLC DBA AZ SHUTTLE SELECT AND/OR KENOVAH CREATES TOURS, LLC DBA KENOVAH TOURS-SEDONA ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE CLAIMS THAT ARISE AS A RESULT OF: (I) THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, AND/OR (II) THE INHERENT RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TRANSPORTATION IN OUR VEHICLES DURING ANY EPIDEMIC OR PANDEMIC, INCLUDING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT THE FORGOING RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AGREEMENT TO INDEMNIFY AND DEFEND, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE EXTENDS TO AND ENCOMPASSES ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES OR DEMANDS THAT RELATE IN ANY WAY TO EXPOSURE TO OR CONTRACTION OF A COMMUNICABLE OR INFECTIOUS DISEASE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, COVID-19, BY ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO YOUR MINOR CHILDREN AND/OR FAMILY MEMBERS, AS A RESULT OF THEIR TRANSPORTATION IN THE VEHICLES OR PARTICIPATION IN TONYTALKSCARS, LLC DBA AZ SHUTTLE SELECT AND/OR KENOVAH CREATES TOURS, LLC DBA KENOVAH TOURS-SEDONA ACTIVITIES YOU BOOKED OR AS A RESULT OF THEM BEING EXPOSED TO SUCH DISEASES BY YOU AFTER YOUR VISIT TO THE PROPERTIES OR PARTICIPATION IN TONYTALKSCARS, LLC DBA AZ SHUTTLE SELECT ACTIVITIES AND/OR KENOVAH CREATES TOURS, LLC DBA KENOVAH TOURS-SEDONA. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT IT IS YOUR INTENTION THAT THE FOREGOING RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AGREEMENT TO INDEMNIFY AND DEFEND, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE IS BEING ENTERED INTO ON YOUR BEHALF, AS SET FORTH ABOVE, AND ALSO ON BEHALF OF ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL WHO USES THE BOOKING, AND/OR RESERVATION PURCHASED BY YOU TO ENTER THE VEHICLES PROVIDED OR PARTICIPATE IN TONYTALKSCARS, LLC DBA AZ SHUTTLE SELECT OR KENOVAH CREATES TOURS, LLC DBA KENOVAH TOURS-SEDONA ACTIVITIES.
For purposes of this Section, you and TONYTALKSCARS, LLC DBA AZ Shuttle Select and/or Kenovah Creates Tours, LLC DBA Kenovah Tours–Sedona agree that the “Released Parties” shall include TONYTALKSCARS, LLC, DBA AZ Shuttle Select, Kenovah Creates Tours, LLC DBA Kenovah Tours–Sedona, the respective employees, agents, shareholders and officers of the entities described above; and the licensees, successors, assigns and heirs of the entities and individuals referred to above.
This acknowledgement and express assumption of risk and release of liability is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law. If any part of this provision is held to be invalid or legally unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of this provision shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and fully enforceable.
