All pricing are quoted at a per person charge with additional person(s) in the same party at $9.00 and are subject to change without notice. Each person is allowed 2 large suitcase and 1 carry-on that can fit safely on lap or under seat free of charge. INBOUND Shuttle (To Phoenix Sky Harbor Intl/ Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport) – On your day of travel, you will be assigned a scheduled pickup time that includes a 15-minute window. The driver could arrive 10 minute prior to your pick-up time or 15 minutes after so be ready to go as driver can not stay longer then 5 minutes upon arrival. Your AZ Shuttle Select driver will notify you of arrival and assist with your luggage. Expect to be dropped off right at your designated airport terminal. A mobile devise is required for contact purposes, so please be sure to add a number you can be reached during travel at booking.
OUTBOUND Shuttle ( FROM Phoenix Sky Harbor Intl/ Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport): Once you arrive at your destination, first proceed to baggage claim to retrieve your luggage. Then proceed to the "PREARRANGED AREA" for your terminal and immediately call your assigned driver for pick-up. They should arrive within 4-5 minutes outside of rush hour periods.
A mobile device is required for contact purposes, so please be sure to provide a cell number you can be reached during travel at booking.
We understand your travel plans may change or airlines may have flight delay/emergencies that changes the scheduled arrival time, so we offer a simple cancellation and/or adjustment policy. We require a four (4) hours’ written cancellation notice prior to your pickup time, and we will provide a refund less $10.00 non-refundable company fee per reservation. Refunds normally show on your account within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Credit card refunds are processed within 1 business day of notification; however receipt of funds is based on customer's financial institution.
Additional fee for Flight delays :
We do understand flights on occasion has delays so as a courtesy we allow drivers wait time up to one (1) hour after flight scheduled arrival time with no extra cost. If we are alerted by customer BEFORE a driver is dispatched that there will be a delay we can also adjust the schedule accordingly and not dispatch the driver until closer to the new scheduled arrival time at no extra cost. However there are those time that the driver is dispatched and is waiting at the airport for the customer, and the plane doesn't arrive until well past the initial free hour wait time. In this instance to guarantee ground transportation is available and waiting for the customer, there will be an additional surcharge $15 per thirty (30) minutes increment of time beyond the first free hour wait period. After 2 hours total wait time both driver/company will have fulfil their obligations and will be paid in full the cost of the trip plus extra wait-time fee. If customer plane arrives 3-4hrs after the initial scheduled time, a new transportation reservation is required and no refund will be issued for the initial reservation. Call for clarification.
Service Animal Policy
Our policy regarding the transport of animals is designed to ensure adequate space for the kennel(s), your baggage, and the baggage of other passengers in our vans. All animals – excluding service animals – must be kenneled to board the vehicle. Kennel guidelines are as follows:
Per ADA requirements, the restrictions above do not affect service animals. All driver's are ADA trained and are allowed to ask 2 ADA approved questions to determine if your pet is a service animal. Failure to answer such questions or if your pet is deemed NOT a service animal you will be required to place pet in its kennel or could be refused a ride for failure to comply. According to ADA regulations emotional support animals are not considered service animal and will be subject to the pet policy listed. Travelers with pet allergies are advised that other passengers on your vehicle may be traveling with a pet or service animal. NOTE: A $75.00 clean-up fee will be assessed to your credit card for any form of accidental excretion of bodily fluids that may occur by your pet or service animal while in transport.

Oversized and Extra Luggage Policy
Our luggage policy closely follows that of the airlines. For each passenger, two free checked bags (e.g. suitcase, duffel bag) and two carry-on items (e.g. diaper bag, laptop case, backpack, or purse) ride free! The carry-on must be able to fit safely on passenger's lap or under seat.
